The WiConnect Mentorship Program is currently undergoing a redevelopment process. In the meantime, below are some other mentorship programs to consider.
URISA Mentoring Network
The URISA Mentoring Network fosters relationships between yougn GIS professionals and experienced mentors who can provide insight, share knowledge, and support mentees in their professional growth.
This is a 4-month cohort-based program. URISA membership is not required.
W+G Mentorship Programme
The annual W+G Mentorship Programme is an international initiative that brings together women+ who want to connect and grow with one another to thrive in their Geospatial careers. Women in Geospatial (W+G) provides guidance, tools, and opportunities through which cohort members can develop meaningful relationships and achieve their goals together.
Women in Geospatial (W+G) is based out of the UK. Because the majority of WiGIS members are based out of North America, if you are outside of North America we encourage you to consider this W+G programme.
