Arizona is ALWAYS on STANDARD TIME (MST). When Daylight saving is in effect - March through November - MST is the same as Pacific Daylight Time. 

2026 Daylight Saving in the U.S. runs from March 8 through November 1, 2026.
The following areas do not observe Daylight Saving and remain in Standard time year-round: Arizona (except the Navajo Nation), Hawaii, 
American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
